Variants of stress can be seen in nearly every aspect modern life: In the home, at the office, at school, and while driving, are some of the areas where stress can be felt. Stress can even be found in sleep (patterns of sleep or lack there of, dreaming). It is no mystery as to why there are so many methods on how to relieve stress. While some ways of how to relieve stress are more favored and commonly used, there are many other methods of how to relieve stress, as well.
Stress can be defined in many ways, but the basic premise of stress is a person’s natural instinct to “fight or flee.” Stress is a reaction to various situations, either brought upon by the individual or by another (or group of others) that causes fear.
